Please be sure that you have received an invitation from C-NET prior to purchase. C-NET will grant a Special Permit Extension to untested applicants who require a 90-day extension. Only one Special Permit Extension will be granted per qualifying application and the permit extension will only allow for testing in the CBT format. Applicants requesting a Special Permit Extension must contact C-NET in writing before the end of the 90-day testing period. A Special Permit Extension Fee will apply.
